That is Lymph. Lymph is a clear fluid that comes from Lymph Nodes which are glands that are located in various areas of the body- under the armpits, in the neck, etc.The Lymphatic system is part of your immune system and the lymph help get rid of invading organisms. It is NOT "pus" which is tan in color. Pus or serous drainage indicates infection. Lymph does not necessarily indicate infection. Look up Lymph in google to get more info!

A blister or bulla is a defense mechanism of the human body. It consists of a pool of lymph and other bodily fluids beneath the upper layers of the skin. It may be formed in response to burns or friction, and helps to repair damage to the skin. If a blister is punctured, it forms an open wound and should be bandaged to prevent bacteria and dust from entering the wound which could result in inflammation.

It is not pus..if you have pus coming out of a blister it is not a blister it is an abscess and signals infection.
