I can't believe NO ONE named these two films:
1.) Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas - the only movie I ever got a contact high from. You would swear you're on acid right along with the characters.
2.) Pink Floyd The Wall. ay what you will, but this is the worlds first long form music video and its a whopper. Get baked and enjoy. Or not. Works either way

Do you mean movies about getting high? Then I would say any Cheech and Chong flick. If you mean movies that are extra trippy b/c you're high, I would say- Howl's Moving Castle, Madagascar, Willy Wonka, basically anything really colorful or animated. Any movie at all, really.

Easy Rider. Blue Velvet. Dr. Strangelove (or how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb). Kevin Smith flicks (except Jersey Girl). Someone already said all the rest I had.

To get high from the movie?
It's easier to answer if it's about what movies to watchcwhile already high. "Classically", it's 2001: A Space Odyssey on psychedelics. Or "Reefer Madness" on marijuana. Or "Altered States".

It would have to be the corollary to "The Wall" or "Fantasia".
Modern montage isn't so thrilling.. I'm thinking of that whole Powakatsi Series... good anime is probably the best bet.
