If you are too young to get a job, then you are too young to move away from your parents unless they abuse you physically or sexually.
Stay at home, get and education and when you graduate, then you will be able to get a job and move away from your parents.
Why do you want to get away from them so badly? Is it because they care enough to set rules?
Why do you sit at home doing nothing? Do some chores or go out with your friends and have good clean fun. Study and learn the skills you need to get a job. It's summer, go to the beach or just a lake do something.
I don't think your parents can be all that bad, you obviously have a computer but if I am wrong and there is some sort of abuse there, report it to someone but be honest. Don't just make up stories to get out of the house because you can ruin your parents lives if you tell lies and one day you will want to be close to your parents so if it's just because they love you and want the best for you, think about what you are going to do.
Being out on your own isn't all that either, you need money for housing, food, clothes etc. And you still have rules only now they are bigger rules. Being out on your own is more work and responsibility than fun. When you are mature enough to handle that responsibility, that will be the time to move away from your parents.
Oh and by the way all the other answers are absurd except the one that gave you some suggestions on how to make money with crafts and such.

From the safety of your own home, you could make serious money by starting a website. Just make one called, "I'm a lazy bum and sit around the house and need some cash" .com and ask people for donations. I can't see how the plan can go wrong. And if you like, you can post pictures of your parents/family members/self and let only those who pay you see them. It's a sure fire money making scheme.

how about a home-based business? or something like Junior Achievement? can you deliver newspapers or flyers in your area? how about stuffing envelopes? how about babysitting? how about doing odd jobs for neighbours like mowing lawns? can you make crafts and set up a table at craft fairs? can you take a class and learn to knit or crochet? if you are good with your hands, you might be able to use your time to make something worth selling from home or ebay even... If you can't take a class, you might be able to find something to make in a library book. If you are close to a library, maybe you can find work putting books back on shelves. Maybe you can get paid to make crafts with children.

Than you really can't do nothing without a job. Get a job first then you could do something.

You could take your parents to court and get emancipated. Then you would be able to get your license and a job.

Emancipate yourself I guess. You would then be able to take care of yourself, and you'd have to have a job and a license... etc...
Guess you're sol.
