The term déjà vu (French: "already seen", also called paramnesia) describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously. The term was created by a French psychic researcher, Émile Boirac (1851–1917) in his book L'Avenir des sciences psychiques (The Future of Psychic Sciences), which expanded upon an essay he wrote while an undergraduate French concentrator at the University of Chicago. The experience of déjà vu is usually accompanied by a compelling sense of familiarity, and also a sense of "eerieness," "strangeness," or "weirdness." The "previous" experience is most frequently attributed to a dream, although in some cases there is a firm sense that the experience "genuinely happened" in the past.

Apparently when you experience de ja voux your brain is using the artistic side of ur brain instead of the logic side to register what you are seeing, which makes things seem like you have been to and/or seen the place before. So in turn your brain is recording or painting the picture as you are seeing it. Is there a logical reason why your brain dose this, or is there something paranormal making this happen?

Deja Vu is what I think you meant by that. It is French and it means that something is happening again. Like if you have a dream and part of it comes true in life, or if a situation occurs twice exactly the same way.

Deja vu is a glitch in the Matrix hehe.

Actually, Physicists now agree that times arrow doesn't necessarily always run in one direction, that is, towards the "future" and it sometimes runs backwards. And there is no real reason we can't remember the future, we just don't. So perhaps, on some Quantum level you remember this event from before? Who knows.

i dont know what the history of D.V is, but all i know is that it can be a few things. maybe a part of a dream that you later re-lived, or something that happened to you once, then outta no where, happens again later. it pretty cool.
