I have two friends - they both have girlfriends but one of them allows me to do handjobs while the other allows me to do oral sex - these happened on different years... I am sure that both of them are straight... just curious how this happens...

I recall hearing on the news back in the 90's that a university study on sexuality indicated that 60% of straight men had reported having some sexual experience with other men.
In My Own Private Idaho, the character played by Keanu Reeves is a rich young man who is 'slumming it,' on the streets of Seattle. He joins with others, including the character played by Rivers Phoenix, in male prostituting and in mutual man-on-man sex play. Toward the end of the story, the rich boy turns his back on his street friends, returns to his Dad, gets forgiven, in a sort of 'prodigal son' theme. He's got his inheritance back, plus lovely model-type girl friends. So, was he gay, or bi, or just going through a phase? Your guess is as good as mine.
I think a straight guy, like anyone else, can have complex motivations for his behaviour. Some men give or sell their services for money. They may be thinking this is a viable alternative to gain cash, power, even just experience.
I recall one of my French lit professors telling us how Arthur Rimbaud tried everything in his quest to know, including drugs and homosexual sex. The zealot Sabbatai Levi taught that salvation, or knowing good, was impossible without also knowing and experiencing evil.
Why don't you ask these two guys why? I've found that often the discussion of sex and what surrounds it, what leads to it, enhances the sex act, usually as long as you're not talking WHILE doing it.
I must offer a disclaimer: I'm not a psychologist nor a doctor. Even if I were, I think there is not one answer that would be agreed upon by psychologists or doctors or theologians. You search for an answer to this could take a lifetime.

depends on the guy. An ex of mine might have considered it if drunk, but my current guy wouldn't even consider it..in fact, he would probably think i was on something if i even suggested it.
i think most guys wouldn't, but its the same as some girls. i would consider 'playing' with another girl, even though i'm straight, while some girls wouldn't consider it. i'd say it has a lot to do with bisexual tendancies. just because you are straight doesnt mean you haven't entertained the thought of playing with the same sex....

Or like i heard in a skinamax movie once...
can you tell if my hand is a mans, or a Womans? Does Pleasure have a Gender?

Yes I do. When I was young and had most of the sex partners I've had in my life -- all but one of them was straight. I was out, they were horny -- I know very few straight boys that actually get enough sex from their partners. They trusted me, were my friends, so they asked, usually for blowjobs, sometimes for handjobs. Those that I liked the most, I did it for whenever they asked. Those that are still alive (we've lost some from my grade -- 38 seems young for that, but accidents mostly) are still my friends, though I rarely get out there.

It simply is.

I'm not sure how (or why) it works, but for some people, getting off is just getting off. I know a guy who appears to be completely straight (I don't know any gay man that would want him any way) he is man in every sense. Military, gun toting, racist (mind you he's not a Friend) and sexist. But he will get a blo* j^b from a friend (male) of mine. It baffles me. Why he would want it, and why my friend would want to, but it happens. I guess for some people the orgasm is more important than who it came from.

It is called "convenient." Happens all the time...A blow in the hand is worth two in the bush???? Why so surprised? Prisons are full of straight men getting what they need, but when released, they go back to their preferred ways of sex...big deal. Sex is sex, no more, no less.

I actual have considered a large number of questions from many "instantly" adult males of this form lately. you're very a lot bisexual. it really is achieveable to be bi and nonetheless be as a rule on the instantly section. Sexuality isn't a black and white ingredient yet very fluid and on a continuum for most persons.

curiosity. boredom. attraction. combination of these factors can be one reasons why those incidents happened. both of them are bored with their girlfriend in one way or another and they search for something new, something exciting, something that they had not tried before, behind this decision is a strong force called curiosity. basically, they are attracted to you to a certain degree. but the thing is being gay, or being straight is not defined by a single intimate incident. being gay and being straight is found in the heart. if its there. its there. if its not there. it will never be there.

They're just really horny
When you're a man:
-a handjob is a handjob
-a mouth is a mouth
-an orgasm is an orgasm

somtimes curiosity, sometimes alcohol. Other guys like the thrill of having been sucked by a girl and a guy
