I bought something from Ebay and paid with a money order and I have not recieved my item. The guy said he was having computer problems [I didn't hear anything from him for 3 weeks] then he said I should receive it within a week, and I haven't yet. Its been a month since I sent the money order, and I need to know what I can do to get it.

Ebay will only cover the amount up to a certain point, which for me will only be about 1/3 of what I paid. I have alot of experience using Ebay and I usually always use PayPal but I couldn't pass this item up, so I paid via money order thru the USPS.

I had this happen, don't freak out. Give the guy one more week, the mail has been really slow lately. If you don't get the item you can dispute the charge through ebay and they will investigate the claim for you and if they have to, get your money back.

Ask Ebay to help you. That is the only way you can get your money back. In the future, I strongly recommend paying with PayPal when you buy things on Ebay.
