Watch your intake of foods containing lots of salt and sugar. They increase fluid retention and make you bloat more. Some people say caffeine actually helps their symptoms, but personally I find if I avoid it my symptoms are better. Also make sure you eat healthy i.e. veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean meats, etc. and get plenty of regular exercise. I find that when I don't get regular exercise my cramps, etc. are much worse. Even my breakouts weren't as bad. If you find the headache, bloating, etc. too bad you can try something like Midol for relief. It does work but I find it makes me drowsy.

I feel for you..,pamper yourself a bit. Be sure to keep up good hygiene and wash your face 2x a day, lay down and gently massage your tummy and back (better yet, have someone else do it for you), take a warm bath, and maybe take some Motrin or Tylenol. Be sure to drink lots of fluids, and if you're not in too much pain, light exercise can help too. Feel better!

I'm not sure. I always just deal with it. It always only lasts a day with me. Maybe you could get Proactive, Icy-hot, Midal, and Pepto?
