Ok, this sort of has nothing to do with the question but my lover is in Minnesota and I miss him a lot. Lol. :'(

In Minnesota, the meal time is only defined as "Sufficient time" in an 8-hour work period, plus a "reasonable" amount of time in a four-hour period "to use the restroom."

Fun fact: Only seven states have laws regarding breaks (other than meal breaks)

Well the company saves money putting you on break 30 mins
30 minsx 5days =2.5 hours lost on your pay check.

yes...unpaid lunch break for any designated amount of time, however, i dont think that breaks are required by law
