I am one of these women. If you are a man and you can get a woman to do this she has either communicated with you very well about what to do or you are amazing in bed. lol It is just the final stages of a femal orgasm. Women who do not have this happen are still having orgasms but not to the full extent they could be. It is mind blowing...and, yes, it can be very messy if you do it right. lol ;)
