Islam is the only common denominator. Arabs do not have a concept of Democracy as we would know it. They are not united in their political beliefs. Israel knows this. therefore it is possible to divide and rule. As Religion does not have the same 'glue' effect as politics they will just have to keep suffering. Agree?

It is Israel's fault that the Arabs can't get along with each other, let alone Israel or anyone else? Where was Muslim brotherhood when Jordan attacked the Palestinians? When Egypt forced them out of their country? Lebanon wouldn't take them. How about when Iraq attacked Iran? Their OWN leaders have forsaken their own people. What has the Saudi royal family done with all the oil money? Kuwait? U.A.E.? Iran? I guess it is Israel's and America's fault? I know they are people, and I don't want any good, peace loving people to suffer, but they need to come out of the 1400's and join the rest of the civilized world. They are proving time and again that all they are capable of is holding grudges and keeping themselves back.

Arabs as such are not a nation, nor are Muslims. This is akin to asking "Why aren't the Slavs united?" or "Why aren't the Latin Americans united?". In every case, there are political and historical divisions that explain the lack of unity.

Not even close. Why do you think they need brutal dictators to keep order? Get rid of the dictator, the fighting starts until another strongman fills the power vacuum.

No, the Arab nations are not united. Too bad. Things would be quite different if they were.
