most 11 year olds would not consistently lie when questioned ..........although they can be greatly influenced.
I would think the courts would not convict and jail someone on that testimony alone. Also, there is the appeal.
Not sure what your question is, but should seek advice of more than one attorney and try to appeal.
Perhaps there is more to the story than you know? or are telling?

Well, the 11 year old convinced a Jury, and for an 11 year old to testify is terrifying!

was the 11 year old's testimony corroborated (supported by other evidence /witness).

Otherwise,you should have applied for it to be struck out.
