NO IT IS NOT TOO OLD. Whoever tells you that it is is just wrong, and I'm not just saying it because I like video games. There are a number of studies that show that Video Games help you mentally. And even if you are old (I'd say when you're 65 then you're old) video games are still benificial. As a matter of fact, Nintendo is specifically targeting old people with a new game called Brain Age for Nintendo DS. The purpose of the game is to lower you brain age by makeing it think faster (read the site below if you care). So you are never to old for video games it's like exercise for your brain.

No freaking way. My dad is 60 and he still plays the latest games. Don't let anyone tell you you're too old to play them, or that you're a geek if you do. If you look at the numbers (games sold on every platform vs movies sold in every form); there are more people that play video games than there are people who watch movies.

As long as it's not the only thing that you're doing. Actually, that's true of any age group. I played video games with my boys (and sometimes after they were in bed, haha). Nothing wrong with it, as a matter of fact, it helps with hand -eye coordination. It will keep your brain sharp. See, it's for medicinal purposes, yeah............

If you like playing them, then you are NOT too old to play them. Don't let people tell you that you are too old to do something you love to do.

If someone tells you that you are too old then you know they really don't know what it's like to get older, and have a bad idea about aging. And, they are probably just not that smart to begin with.

It might sound old, but I don't think it is. People should be able to play games no matter what age they are as long as they have fun =)

Of course not. Video games have no upward age limit. Fun does not stop as a person ages.
