did you mean to put the decimal point in front of the 10??? If you did, just move the decimal 2 pts to the left and multiply..... .0010 x 8 million, if you didn't mean to put it there...then use 10, move two places to the left and voila .10 x 8mil....the answer will depend . that's why every-ones answer is diff

8,000,000 x .001 = 8000
just thought i'd add that .001=.1% because it seems that others have made the mistake of multiplying it by .1 as opposed to .001...
