Although I always have safe sex with my boyfriend, we have recently slipped up and got carried away and for a moment he was inside without a condom. This only lasted about 20 seconds and he was nowhere near "coming"...i cant help but be completely paranoid about it. Luckily its a long term relationship so I can trust him and he supports me, he's sure....but should I be worried? how risky is it for a guy to be inside momentarily before coming?

More recent studies (and btw, can you imagine these studies?!!) have shown that there is NOT sperm in pre-ejaculate as long as there wasn't a recent ejaculation. You are probably okay - at least, don't worry too much about pregnancy just yet.

I agree with everyone that you shouldn't worry. At one time or another most people do get carried away and they are not as careful and safe as they should be. My husband and I have certainly done that before. There is a certain amount of risk to this, however. There is sperm in pre-ejaculate. If you have been in a long term relationship with your boyfriend I would not worry too, too much about an STD. Just always try your very best to be more careful in the future just too keep you from worrying so much. I am sure you are okay. It is always better to be safe than sorry. If you are not ready for a baby then always practice the no glove no love rule.

It's always risky without taking the necessary precautions. You're very lucky to be with someone in a long term relationship that supports you and helps take responsibility. Hope everything works out OK.

Luckily you are wise enough to have your own back and look into it more.
was this one time? EPT these days can let you check soon after sex. also has cycle come yet? it is very risky because some men have preejaculation which actually contain sperm and can work its way up. This fluid seeps out as he gets more aroused and you may have never even noticed it.

Even if he is nowhere near "coming" there is pre release sperm , while it might not be that big a risk, any time the penis is aroused there is the potential for preganancy. Be Safe!

Well try not to be too paranoid, but an "accident" is possible if there was any of that pre-ejaculate stuff there... Hope everything works out for you....

It depends on his health issues . For the safety of your mind why don't you go for a test.
