hey anyone ever went to a pshycic? what were the results? totally phony? annnddd if anyone has had a good experience where at and who?

Every year there is a psychics trade show here in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. One year I went there to see what it was about. It is open to the public. Met a Native American psychic. He said and I quote:
"I have been waiting for you brother. (I have Native American Blood in me and he did not know me before this day.) The spirits walk with you and you are blessed. Your life will take many roads and there will be more tears that will be shed before you are united with the one that holds your heart."
Understand this was unsolicited. When I walked into the convention center he motioned to me to come to him and he told me the above and several other things.
Since then, I have traveled to far away places. Took a rode trip to Wyoming to take my son to school. My girlfriend of 7 years and I broke up a year ago. So figure this for yourself.
I don't generally believe in these people. I think they are charlatans (Spelling) but so far this man has been uncanny accurate as he predicted most of these events.

I go to a New Age Spiritual Church and we get readings every week and mine always come true and help me through some hard times.
I have also had my Tea Leaves read and that was 100% correct
I have also just had my palm read and it was 100% correct.
I do my own Tarot Cards and they come through within the year.
If you don't have faith in someone else buy some tarot cards and do a reading for yourself.
It is your energy that gives the reading.
If you want to experience go to a medium with experience.
Like they say how do you know if you don't give it ago.

One of my best friends worked for the Psychic Friends Network for 6 years, had to do three or four cold readings for callers as auditions, and prayed before and after every reading. She is truly gifted, but can never do a reading for herself; if someone couldn't afford to give anything, even in trade, and needed guidance, she would always do it for free. When someone compliments her on a reading, she says, "thank you, but I work for the Holy Spirit."
Both she and I have come across a lot of phonies, though.

yes I have and believe me its not worth your money; many years ago when I used to cut hair one of my clients installed security cameras for a leaving, well one day a went with a friend to see a psychic when we where parking the car I noticed my client leaving the place with his medium size case which I had already seen in his car when I asked him to sell me a nanycam....of course the first thing that came to my head there probably looking at you before you get off your car, so my friend and i came out with a plan she began to (pretend) cry, and in the waiting area we spoke in very low voices about not to worry her boyfriend Will marry her even if she was pregnant with someone else's child; the very first thing the psychic told us when we entered her room: I feel an angel is among one of you, and she touched my friends stomach........ well you can imagine the rest of bullshit she told us.

Most people with true psychic ability don't do it for the money. I know a couple of psychics and they give me a lot of insight, but I have never been to a psychic that charges for their services.
People who have this gift learn to protect themselves and their ability from those who don't understand it's meaning and value.

Complete BS. Tried to take notes from clothes I was wearing, saw horses in my spirit world. Said I never been around them, asked why I was wearing a shirt with them on it and replied because it was clean.

I did go to one at a party. He told me pretty general stuff. The funny thing is he got lost on his way to the party and I thought that his psychic abilities should have gottem him there. Hahahaha ......

total bull. they ask you your birthday, then proceed with a bunch of hocus pocus and eventually read your zodiac sign traits....none of which fit my sign.
