I know that each person (and sometimes companies) have their own styles of doing make-up. This is the way I was trained and I think it works best. Usually, if you are doing foundation, that goes first. After that I prefer to do the mascara simply because it lets me know how much help their eyes need. Then I put eyeliner, but only on the top because all the way around makes eyes look small. I then put a dark color of eyeshadow on and top it with a lighter, complementary color. This will bring out the eyes which is usually a person's best feature. Lip-liner and lipstick go on last. I have never had this way fail me. Good luck tomorrow!

I was taught that first you are to clean the face, then apply liquid foundation, then powder(this makes the baby hairs on a pesons face stand back up normally to give a more natural look) Then apply a darker color eyeshadow to the bottom lid, and a light color up to the eyebrow (preferably white), and blend the two. Then as a liner apply a darker color like brown(eyeshadow) with a thin brush along the edge of there lid, and under the lashes on the bottom(this gives a softer look than eyeliner, and keeps the eyes from looking smaller) Then apply mascara. Next apply bluch on the cheek bone. For lips, either use a clear gloss, or a liner and a lipstick very close in color...the liner should be darker...Well thats about all I can think of, hope this helps

Remember, Purple hues compliment brown eyes.
Maroon, brown compliment green and blue eyes.
1-Match the color of foundation and powder.
2-apply bases on eyelids and start contouring eyelids BEFORE you apply your concealer!!!!!
ok then
3-Apply concealer when you are DONE with the eyeshadow.
4-PUT on the eyeliner and mascara-ONCE you know that the eyeshadow is how you want it.
5-Contour the eyebrows with the light shadow on the browbone and color the eyebrows in if needed
6- apply blusher
7-lips need to be penciled and colored in according to how dark the shadow is. Do it by 'Vice-versa' ...Example- If the eyes are dark-shadowed then light colored or natural lips.....If the eyes are natural then colored lips...See? Vice Versa
(Make sure it compliments person - DO what it natural but yet brings out the best in the persons features).

blend foundation on to the jawline to match, remember to stay as natural as possible. Darker skin tones tend to be more cool shades such as pinks and purples, You will do fine, just remember that less is more.
