will i ever get my period!!!!!!!!!!!!?

what is wrong with me!? im almost 12 and my period hasent come yet! will it ever?! im goin in2 7th grade and no period! i went to my physical and the doctor said that it will come soon but, she whispered to my mom that i was flat chested so i will probally b 15 when i get it HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure you'll eventually get your period. It isn't carved on stone that you'll get your period when you're 10 or 11 or whatever age most girls get it. Be happy you don't have your period yet, you don't have to worry about when your next period will be, you don't have to carry around pads or tampons all the time,... Really, relax, it will come eventually. A friend of mine, whose mom is now probably in her 40s, she said her mom got her period when she was 20. Talk about late bloomers! You're fine, trust me. And someday, out of the blue, it'll come. Just be patient. Good luck! :)

I didn't have my period until I was 16. Believe me honey it's NOTHING to rush. Once you get it you will wish it away. The only two good things it gives you are that it changes your physical form, and having babies. Calm down and don't rush to grow up. As far as being flat chested. You can always wear a padded bra to fill out your shirts. Good luck to you. :) :) *Smile* Also periods don't hurt. Just the cramps, but there's things you can take for that. Ignore all the negativity about getting your period. Find out the truth from your mom or doctor.

Trust me, you don't want to get your period. It's messy and gross and uncomfortable. Be glad it hasn't come yet, but it will. I was flat as a pancake and didn't get mine either. Until I was 16! Can you imagine? Anyway, that summer I got boobs and my period. Releived, I was, but the period itself - any woman will tell you, is just blah.
Don't worry, it'll happen, and you won't be flat for life either! You are only 12 and still growing.

12 and your worried? Your period comes usually between the ages of 12-16 so don't worry, nothing is 'wrong' with you. and trust me, enjoy your life now without your period, because you'll probally be regreting saying this when you actually get it.

No problem, I'm twelve and well...yeah I have my period and bla bla bla.
First of all, it all depends of when your body just says "Time to grow up!" Then you get the whole package deal on puberty.
Well, your doctor may be wrong, it may come earlier, puberty can knock on the door at any time, so just calm down and go with the flow.

I was 16 years old in the ninth grade when i started my period don't rush it be here before u know it and its not fun at all so don't worry but i was the same way i was worry to but i know i am find now

My only advice is try not to grow up so fast. It will come. Twelve is kind of young even t hough I know that some girls get it when they are ten. I was seventeen before I got my period!

I was 15 when I got mine. Every other girl in my class had already started. Don't worry. Once it starts, you'll wonder why you ever wanted it to in the first place. Enjoy the freedom while you can.

Let me tell you that I didnt get mine untill I was twelve.. both boobs and period.
Wanting boobs and your period is very normal but trust that when you get these two things there will be days that you dont want either of them..

I know how it feels because I am 13 and going to 7th grade just like you I wonder when I am going to get it all my friends have it and I feel left out I found out It will come when it is time.
