I think Croatia it is very unlikely...to enter before 2007...

This was the original planed date for entry..but things got slowed down a little..because of problems ..arresting war criminals such as Gotovina...
But now he is in the Hague there are no more obstacles to Croatia's entry..And I personally can see no reason why they are not a EU member...

Detailed accession talks have began on 12 June2006.. for Croatia to enter the EU... . However, Croatia will not be able to fully join the union before 2010 because of problems with the EU Constitution..

In 2007 Croatia definitely will not be member of EU, although EU officials were claming that general Gotovina was the only obstacle. Now he`s in The Hague, but Croatia isn`t in the EU, yet.
Obviously, EU have a long list with conditions which they tell step by step.
However, I`m strongly convinced that eventually Croatian people won`t agree to an EU membership, because EU is in conflict with catholic values (abortion, stem cell research, homosexuality, ...).

via fact like Greece they are in a place to run up a debt promising freebies to all and sundry, and then they are in a place to circulate broke and get bailed out via northern eu countries. Its a effective socialist scheme
