You may be dehydrated. Get something to drink and just relax for a bit. If the dizziness continues, put your head between your knees to get more blood to your brain. If that doesn't help much, then you may still want to go to the E.R. I'd recommend having someone else drive you though, because driving while you're weak and dizzy is a terrible idea. I hope I am of some help.

If you call the ER you will be told to come to the ER...and If you call your your Dr he will more than likely refer you to the ER...this is because of liability issues....no one can diagnose over the phone(or over the computer for that matter)...
I would try to drink some gingerale no more than 1 oz.because your nauseated and and more than that will probably make you vomit..and rest for a bit.....if your still feeling badly ....have someone drive you to your Doctor. This is NOT an EMERGENCY if your asking people about it on the computer....save the ambulances and ER's for people that really need it.and have an actual emergency....don't mean to sound mean but sometimes we are so bogged down with people who donot have emergencies....that when real emergencies roll in there is no where to place them.....see your own doctor if possible

What you're describing could be from many things like pregnancy, sun stroke, heat stroke, heart attack and GOD only knows what else. If there is fever or any loss of consciousness definitely a trip to the ER is in order. If symptoms persist or there is any unbearable pain you should also seek medical attention. If you are alone (no one to look after you if you pass out), then you should go to the ER. And definitely you shouldn't seek medical advice from a bunch of strangers in here!! LOL

Is there a chance you have low blood sugar, or hypoglycemia? Try eating something with lots of sugar, a banana is the best, but even a regular soda with sugar. I am hypoglycemic, and if I need sugar, I get shaky, sweaty, sick to my stomach, dizzy, and pretty soon I will pass out. Then I get EXHAUSTED tired, can't stay awake. Try eating sugar, if it's not better in 10 minutes, then try the dr. (If there's a possiblity you're the opposite, diabetic, then be careful!!!)

Go to the hospital and do not try for medical advice here. there are a lot of things that cause all of the symptoms. Only tests can rule out one or the other.

Get some one to take you to the nearest hospital or doctors, if you want more information about going to the hospital or not ring the hospital and they should be able to answer any of your concerns.
