Well, not only is it morally wrong, but offspring may occur and can cause a number of genetic disorders due to too many of the same genes. Typically the gene pool runs out after you get to the third cousin. As far as morally wrong - YES it is. It has been scientifically proven that if a bother and sister have two children and then those two children have kids together...and so on. After the 7th generation, all future offspring will be identical.

But to answer your question Yes it is wrong because just like your brothers and sisters your cousins have the same genes.

depends.....in theory it's wrong.....but if it's only sex (safe if possible)
there's no danger....it's an ethical problem raised in the past because people saw that children of families made up by relatives had a lot of problems....this is caused by the Lek of genetic diversity.....
but..... if he/she likes you and you like him...well....i don't see no problem......although you shouldn't have babies....
think out of the box. break the rules.

If they are not close related and they just fool around, I think they just try to explore the nature and have some fun only. I think this is acceptable.

first cousins it's wrong, second cousins it's not so good, but third cousins it's OK because the gene pool isn't being damaged that much. but i still wouldn't recommend it.
