It is sad to see so many people suffering from an inferiority complex that they dislike the very things they were blessed with. You are not even aware of how powerful a statemtent you just made about yourself and how you feel about you by such a simple question.
You have perfectly good skin yet you seek to mar it so you can be lighter, what a shame.

Stay out of the sun, always use a sunscreen with a high SPF (30-40), wear a hat, keep your arms covered.
Don't use skin lighteners! These can burn your skin and cause discolouration and blotches.
Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit.

um... its not healthy to try and make your skin tone lighter. Your skin is your skin. Keep it healthy by using sun block to prevent skin cancer. Use salt scrubs and lotions. but dont do anything artificial.

exfoliating once or twice a week works. Glycolic peels which are acid, a low dose type can be bought in the stores for around 25.00. I think Loreal makes it.
