My mom says this to me when I am "talking Smart", but I have no idea what she means. Has anyone out there heard that before?

It comes from a childhood story about crying "wolf". The story is about a sheephearder I think. The people of the town come running whenever he cries "wolf", so he tries it out a few times. (When there really is not a wolf.) Then the people get tired of him calling them for help when he doesn't need it. Then a wolf comes for real and eats up all of his sheep because they don't believe him.

A wolf ticket is an expression that people use when they think something is fake or not ginuwine.

Example: If I went to a jewelry store and the sales men tells me that he is sellin me a 22k braclet when it looks like a 10k I would say "he's sellin us wolf tickets"

You can also use the term when you think someone is bluffing.

It's an old saying that's basically used when someone is talking smack and either trying to get their way or scare someone, usually the latter.

It means talking cr*p, basically.

B*llshit.

Making promises that you cannot keep, or threats that you will not carry out.
