You are obviously mentally retarded. Do not attempt to use a telephone. This piece of machinery is far too complicated for you to access.
Dial the large zero (0), at the bottom of your phone, and tell the operator you are a retard, and need 911.

Pick up the phone, listen for a dial tone, press 9, then press 1, then press 1 again. You don't have to talk if you don't want to, just don't hang up.

it's so friggin hard, let me try to explain, first! you get the handset from the phone, second i think you press the number 9, and then press 1 and the hardest part is pressing again 1 and wait for the tone...ooooh! i think i got it right
