The PS3, even tho its estimated with a minimum of 500, its gonna have the best games, with the best graphics, and with multi-wireless controls.

My vote is for the 360. Not because it is the "best" out of those, but for the value.
I have a 360 and am not much of a gamer, but I am a hardcore enthusiast and PC guru, among other interests in home theater.
The Wii looks awesome! ... and I'll likely get one because of its break-throughs in controls and other technologies. The PS3 also looks good and if the Blu-Ray wins the format wars for HD, will be a no-brainer purchase, even considering its high price-tag. However, it is rumored to have even lower-quality graphics capabilities than the 3-core Xbox 360 (although that doesn't mean much because you still can't "install" a game on the hard drive and still have to load all those amazing graphics from the DVD, taking a LOT of time and slowing game loading significantly as game graphics expand).
All said, the 360 is available now, and is quite impressive, especially as you mate it with a Windows Media Center Edition PC on your home network! The others will have to fight it out for your wallet commitment. I vote: 360 or wait to see if HD DVD or Blu-Ray wins the format wars. Otherwise, the cost may end up being a big mistake.

xbox 360 will probably have the best graphics, unless the PS3 saw the 360's graphics and upped their own (since the ps3 is coming out later). The Wii will be...interesting...with the controller thing going on, but I wouldn't count on it having the best graphics. Personally, I'd go with the Ps3 and xbox 360, but I'd wait until the 360's price went down a bit...

that's nicely worth it. HDTVs are coming down in fee (slowly) so via the time you have stored up adequate money back after the acquisition of your next gen console they are going to be greater inexpensive and maximum in all threat greater proper television's out. on a similar time as the strengthen isnt as drastic with no HDTV it remains an progression over the final gen consoles. yet like they mentioned above, the Wii has no HD mode so on a similar time because it seems effective on a HDTV, there is no drastic progression.

The Wii is the system for you, it so far has games that look fun to play and it is the cheapest of the next-gen consoles.
