yes. its a good idea.
glory holes are a good way to while away an afternoon.
unfortunately that website is staged and they know who's on the other side.

I've seen a few of their video's.
Typical Situation:
A girl in a dirty bathroom with graffiti all over the walls. Then from a hole in a wall enters an anonymous penis.
