Increasing the collector size will increase the current.

Increasing the current through the field coil will increase the field strength.

in elecromagnet,magnet field can be strengthen by increasing the number of turns around coil

Take tin foil or any type of metal and position it around the solar battery to direct more sunlight into it. As for the magnetic field, get more magnets, or get better ones.
