John, do not listen to any of the previous answers, listen to this one.
The answer is YES. When a girl is turned on, her breast size will increase up to 20%! It is not a HUGE difference in size, but it will make them slightly firmer to the touch, and yes, her nipple may get firmer and smaller as well. I learned all of this in University in a Biology class. Anyone that says no, is wrong.
