Not a contender then how can they be the best in the division. This isn't about your favorite it is the best. That's why right now it is the Steelers. Even as their fan I can say it objectively. The Bengals would be up there if we knew how Palmer would be, or if they at least had a decent back up. The Ravens might be alright now with McNair but how long will he be healthy. Also the Steelers know him from his days in the AFC Central. The Browns well Frye looked bad as a rookie but he'll get used to the game and be alright.

Are you kidding me? The defending Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers are the best team in the NFL, never mind the AFC North. Cincinnati has a nice team, definately a playoff team again this year, but I'll take Big Ben over Carson Palmer any day of the week! Baltimore and Cleveland are two sad sack teams, with the exception of Ray Lewis, the only good thing about these two are that the Steelers get to beat up on them twice a year!
Cheers

NFC East: Cowboys NFC North: Vikings NFC South: Saints NFC West: Seahawks NFC Wild Card: Eagles NFC Wild Card: Buccaneers AFC East: Patriots AFC North: Steelers AFC South: Colts AFC West: Chargers AFC Wild Card: Jags AFC Wild Card: Browns you're loopy to imagine the Rams will win the NFC West. The seahawks have owned that branch for 5 years and could own it for destiny years. anticipate the three-13 Rams to produce extra of an same. Steelers are better than the Browns. FYI: Lions suck on protection except that, its's noticeably a lot an same

All the teams are questionable. The Bengals have an injured QB but so do the Steelers. and The Ravens have a new questionable QB in McNair. Its really a toss up between the three. I'm going to say the Steelers, Bengals, and Ravens in that order.
Browns suck.

Bengals are probably the best team.

Pittsburg won the super bowl, so what? that doesn't mean they're the best team.

Technically the best team last year was the Colts in the league, but they didn't win, sometimes the best team doesn't win, and Pittsburg is definately in that basket.

Eventhough I am a Browns fan I must admit it is still the Steelers. However, with the off season moves I would not be suprised if the Browns end up number 2 in the division. They could possibly end up one if Big Ben continues to drive his cycle.

Either Cleveland or Cincinnati. I know Cleveland is not a NFL contender like New England or Pittsburgh or even Indianapolis, but I still support the Browns, even after years of frustration.
