That would be up to the policy of the employer. There is no legal requirement for anyone to get holiday pay.

Vacation pay in most areas (in Canada at least) constitutes usually 4% of earned wages.
A salaried employee should not recieve vacation pay, but will usually have some kind of agree ment where they get paid vacation. The way this is different from holiday pay: you can get holiday on any paycheck, or at the end of the year. Paid vacation, you must TAKE the vacation to get the money, but in this way you will have time off work with no interruption in your normal salary.

no they are not suppose to get holiday pay because they are on salary. If a company wants to pay extra for the holiday that is different.

Depends on where you work. At most companies, yes. Sometimes fast food places or retail don't pay. At the company I work for, you get it only if you work the day before and after the holiday, which I think is the way it is most places.

It depends on your employer. For example: Most people who are salary choose not to work but you get the same pay on your paycheck whether you work or not. If you are hourly you can get time and a half or double if you work.

If they give bonus checks for holiday pay then you'll probably receive one but if not look forward to your regular old paycheck. Thats all they can do is give a seperate bonus check. They won't be able to tack it on your regular check because its already a set amount for your social security number.

Usually they do - but specifics should be in the contract you signed when you accepted the job.
