The purse was a gift, so I'm not sure where it was purchased. The shoulder strap's rivets have come apart which made the strap become lose from the purse. I have done some research on the internet, but I must be searching incorrectly. I would appreciate any help. I love the purse and hate that I can't use it. THANKS!

You should be able to take the purse to any Prada boutique
(or dept. store selling Prada, such as Neiman Marcus) and they will send the bag out for repair for you.

I did some looking on the internet and i found this address.. I dont know for sure if it is correct or not. But i do know that the Manufactuer is located in Italy... I have a address, phone number and fax number....
