Divorced and remaried my ex. I bought out his share of the house.Marriage did not work.Does he have any claim?

Before I file for divorce, I want to know if I will have to pay him any more money.

That would depend how long he lives there..if it's just a year you may owe him a few 100 bucks. If he lived there for years you may have to pay him 1/2 of equity for the time he was there and contributing to the household

Probably depends on how long you were married this second time, and especially if you added his name to the deed. I would hope you did not.

if you re-married him, he should get the house... you would learn a good lesson then
