First do a full virus scan with an updated anti-virus prog.
Run a 'spyware' prog. such as Ad-Aware.
Clean out your computer temp files and cache. (disk cleanup) or Control Panel / Internet Options - delete cookies / temp files / history.
Depending on what you found and how you handled it, you may be ok now. If not, repost the question with more details such as what email you use, which browser, your anti-virus program, etc. Good Luck

Step number #1.... stop visiting pornsite of any kind
Step number #2... don't open any emails that you suspect have porn on it.
Step number #3.... don't ask to be removed from any porn spams. As they will remove you from that one but will put you on lot more once they have your email address.
Step number #4... ask the individuals sending porn to you to stop if you know them.
Step number #5.... Stop Going To Porn Sites
