Larry David....followed by David Cross, and Paul F. Tompkins....John Stewart gets notable mention along with Patton Oswalt....Conan O'Brien is pretty funny too...and I got love for Dave Chapelle too...but the best stand up comedian in my opinion is Greg Geraldo...and frigon Nick what's his face??
