Perhaps you come off as too much of a friend and forget to flirt and show your womany side? Friendship is wonderful and it's great to be open and free, but a boyfriend needs a little mystery and enticement.
Choose the one you want as a boyfriend and show him your more feminine side. A man loves a challenge.

They either think of you as a sister, or just a friend. Maybe you need to get out and find someone who interested in YOU and only YOU.

Get a dog. My dog would run around in circles for me. What human would do that? Plus, they're very loyal friends.
