i personally will have to go with csi b/c to me it seems more interesting

csi..i used to be a law an order person back in the day..come on the theme music alone gets you.
but csi is cool because the characters are interesting. law and order is more about the cases and less about the attorneys. i mean on the season finale for csi when nick was bured alive and fire ants were eating him how could you not get into it?!??
oh and you have to love grissom. i agree his comments are dramatic and cheesy and you know everyone is waiting for them..but still. its grissom!?

Law & Order - lots more plots and many more characters. I love all the series.
I love CSI and CSI Miami, but can't get into CSI New York.

I love CSI. Just how interesting and how much work it is. I was going to do criminal scene investigation for my career but I have decided to do molecular physics. I'm a Science geek.

CSI is the most awesome show EVER created. My fave is CSI Las Vegas...Miami and New York just...I dunno, theyre good, but for some reason Vegas is my fave. (Plus, Grisam is hot for an older man!) Not so crazy about Law and Order, but everyone I know is.

I'm assuming you're open to any show within the Law and Order franchise.
IMHO, even though I adore William Peterson and have since his "Manhunter" days, I have to say I prefer Law and Order - Criminal Intent. The characters are much richer and I love how Detectives Goren's brain works!
As he said, "We're pretty good at connecting the dots."

I prefer Law & Order because when the show opens, you get into the law side of things in a murder investigation. After the perpetrator has been caught, you'll get to see the judge throw the book at the murderer on the order side of the show. Now do you get me?
