Good God girl, you are way to young to be worrying about your weight like that. You're 11, what are you doing on here anyway?

I think you need to eat nutritive things starting now that your little so then you will not suffer so much trying to loose wieght. Drink a lot of water at least 8 glasses. Exercise at leat an hour. So when you are like 14 you will not have to worry and do the horrible diets.lol

It's hard to tell even based on height and weight and age. Try a doctor or your school nurse, they'll give you better advice. If you do decide to go ahead, remember it takes a long time to loose it and please if you are 11 - you're about to undergo the most physically streneous bit of growth you'll undergo for a while, eating sensibly and with lots of healthy foods will help because you'll find your body uses a lot of energy once it hits the growth spurts of adolesence. It's gotta - in about 5 years or so - get you from kid to (man or woman) and it takes a fair bit of work for it.
I know my cousin, who was quite the chubby lil thing - once she hit that growth spurt she got quite too skinny because she was also dieting, turned out to not be the best idea because it can damage the health - if you do diet, remember to eat plenty of healthy foods proteins and even carbs. Crazy hollywood diets could stunt your growth!
