I would change the ending of Superman. The new one. I'm sorry I know they can't and I know there is going to be a sequal but, I'm afraid that the sequal is going to SUCK!!!!! I just wish he would have died. I'm not a morbid person but, when he is laying in bed and Louis Lane confesses her love for him and that her son is really his that should have been it. It would have only made the movie more emotional. When he woke up and did that little shindig at the end it made me mad. They made that movie a joke. I know I might be the only person that feels like that but, I care more about the story. I want a good story. I don't always like a cheesy ending. I know that Superman never dies as well. I just wish that they would have made the story more intense. I felt like I knew the story before I even watched it.

Lost in translation: I just find it so sad that they have to get seperated in the end. I know that was what the whole film was about but they are obviously soulmates and they probably wont see each other again. I identified with this ending a lot so I wished it would end differently.

The Firm, with Tom Cruise. I read the book way before seeing the film, and the book had a really great ending. I don't know why they changed it to a much lamer ending!

Would change the end of Titanic to where the Producer would drown while being flogged by the people who felt they wasted 3 hours of their time and money watching it. Boring!

'Gone with the Wind.' Rhett and Scarlett belong together, and the sequel, 'Scarlett,' was 1) made too late to matter, 2) is soooo inaccurate and untrue to the real Scarlett and Rhett, and 3) doesn't have Clark Gable or Vivian Leigh. So, yeah, I would change the ending of 'Gone with the Wnd.'

Taxi Driver ended just like they did an audience survey and decided that the cutesy-poo ending would do.Travis should have died or at least been sent to prison for major mayhem caused, and killing Harvey Keitel as well.

there are so many, but i will narrow the field down to two.
they are:
fight club --talk about an extremely disappointing crappy ending. the movie was great and it really kept me interested, but the ending was like a cop-out without much thought. it was a train wreck.
and
memoirs of a geisha -- lame laaaaame LAME! oh yeah, he suddenly reappears and tells her he loves her and they are all happily ever after. i hate it when the listen to the advice of American audiences (because you know that's what must have happened to change the book in that way). lame!

I never saw that one. But it depends on the movie. Every time I saw Spiderman (the first movie) it bothered me, that he rejected Mary Jane at the cemetery. I though he should've not done that. So I would've had him say yes, to her, and then tell her some complications, with out revealing his secret. Of course they became a couple in Spiderman 2, happily.

I'd change the ending of Titanic. The boat wouldn't sink they both lived and the movie would have Flopped.
