i am looking for a meter that measures oxygen like dr's use?

it fits on your finger and is inexpensive i wou;ld like to get one

It's a pulse oximeter. Check on amazon.com, allheart.com, and other medical supply websites. It shouldn't be too hard to find, but I am not sure how inexpensive they are.
