It's possible you're being rough or just getting it all the time, which isn't bad. Are you allergic to latex condoms? Just ask your doctor and go gentle for awhile.

The vagina is pretty elastic. It's possible that maybe you have a condition like some sort of infection that makes you're vagina sensitive and irritated when you have sex. Being penetrated by a penis normally shouldn't be enough stretching to cause any sort of bleeding especially if you're getting wet enough for it to slide in easily. With birthing a baby it's understandable since you're being stretched open a lot more.

The cuts between your vagina and anus are actually because I think your guy isn't always getting it in the right hole. Which means that he is slamming it to you a little to far back in the vagina and he is tearing you. My guy has done that to me several times and I actually have scaring there because of it. The cuts every where else I think are probably just because there isn't enough lube. Use it when you start it will make things more comfortable.

Try using a lubricant, even just a small amount on the end of his organ, have you been checked for a yeast infection yet? Besides lubricant oh ya, a good one is astro glide, i cant think of any other solutions to this uncomfortable problem, sorry about that.

I get cuts but I don't get bumps. I usually tear right especially at the six o' clock position. what I also find is it usually happens in the missionary position so maybe you should try another position.

I think you've answered your own question. Lubrication is probably the answer or trying to do it before you are ready. Try an over the counter lubricant like K-Y.

I'd suggest trying more foreplay, really. If that don't work, start out with some ky jelly or something to make the first few minutes more "slippery".
