I use to live in a haunted house. It was built in 1730 and used as a hospital during the civil war. In the 1970s they built a guest house next to it over the old mass grave from the war, so both were haunted. Things would move around without anyone being near them, like one time I was standing in the bathroom and a little make-up mirror we had hanging on the wall started to swing around wildly for no reason. We also use to hear voices when no-one was around. Sometimes they would be loud, like shouting someones name. Other times they would be whispering, just so you couldn't quite make out what they were saying.
As far as how to tell if your house is haunted, I would recommend looking into the history of your property. See if anything unusual ever happened there. If you have an older home it might just be a former owner who doesn't want to leave. Even a new home could be haunted if the land it was built on had been the sight of unusual events (like a mass grave).
Its also important to decide if you feel threatened by whats going on. Most ghosts are harmless, but some are angry and even dangerous. If you don't feel safe in your home, you might want to consider moving.

Yes, I definately believe in ghosts. And if you believe in ghosts the creepy things are explained. I have so many experiences I could write a book.

I believe in ghosts and I've experienced them at my home in the Philippines. Some experiences here in Spain as well, but not that alarming. Just check the house's history.

I think all of these things actualy exists,but its not more than emotions kept or strong emotional charges that breaks throught all time and distance laws, and we recieve them in the image of ghost or whatever sceneslike when your enter a place it immedetly hits wht gone here.I think when science developes will put laws and physics of such thing
