Can you fall pregnant at any time of the month, more so a week before your fertile week??

Sperm can live inside of a woman for up to five days, so technically you can have sex and get pregnant five days later. An egg has to be released and in the fallopean tubes in order for it to become fertilized.

With my second son, I got pregnant before I ovulated. I wasn't due to start for another 4 or 5 days (by my calculations) but either my cycle is screwy and I ovulate early, or my husband has super sperm that live a long time while inside. LOL

The few days just before the period starts is the most likely time a female can become pregnant. However, many have gotten pregnant on other days also.

sperm can live for up to a week in there. So If you have sex unproteted a few days before ovulation or a few after yes you can get pg.

You can only get pregnant when you ovulate and you only ovulate once a month. You can tell when you ovulate by watching your temperature (bbt), cervical mucus, and charting your cycle on a calender.

Usually when you ovulate, but not always. I got preg. on the last day of my period.
