My husband and I met in church and accidentally saw each other in a restaurant years later-exchanged phone numbers-called each other to hang out---and the rest is history! We have been together six yrs and I was interested to know other people's stories about love and lasting relationships.

I met my husband at McDonald's, I was 17, he was 17, he was my boss, he was my shift manager. Jeez I hated him from the first time I laid eyes on him. He thought he was the ****, (he was right), but at the time it made me sick. He would say things to me, and me being just like my mama, I was mouthy as hell. Well I mouthed off at him at work and he FIRED me, well, little did he know he couldn't fire me, I lived with the store manager, she told him he couldn't do that. Well needless to say, he rode me like stink on ****. Well he would follow me around work, just sit and stare at me, gave me the creeps. Well 1 day for a friend I went out with him, and well 16 years later we are still very much in love, He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. We have been married for 16 years .

I met my husband in one of the lobby chat rooms on MSN. I dont normally chat, but I had gotten off work and was bored. So I got on and we began talking. We had a lot of "internet fighting" and bugged the crap outta each other. But then he took a bus 2 days (yes, TWO DAYS!) from Indiana to New Mexico to meet me. He got a 1 way ticket that way if we were as in love as we thought, wed just stay together. If not, he can go home right away. To make a long story short, we were married 6 months later and weve been together every single day since then!!!

My husband & I met in a bar-both of us had been divorced for 2 yrs.The name of the bar was "The End Of The Line"...in Denham Springs,Louisiana.We went home together that night...and we have been together for 4 yrs.I am sure alot of ppl think a bar is not the best place to meet a spouse...but we are still just as happy now as we were the night we met.All marriages have their ups and downs....but communication and friendship is important.He is the best hubby in the world...and I love him with ALL my heart!

Well ours is kind of corny we met in band class in junior high, we broke up got back together in high school when I was a freshman, had 3 kids got married and here we all are. We have been together 10 years gonna be 11 and married for 2.

Ok mine is kinda funny. ... I met my hubby on a on line site. Well we talked alot on line and on the phone caue he was 6 hours away from me. Well one day i guess he got worried and thought he was going to loose me so he drove straight 6 hours to come get me and has not left my side yet. We had a fast wedding in a court house and our going to renuie our vowels later on. We got married fast and I have been with him almost 4 months now. He is my sole mate, my hero. He has been there for me and my kids and is soo caring and loveing. I thank the Lord for giving me my dreams.. to be with a man forever and be my sole mate... and my hubby is more then that. He is everything wonderfull and perfect in my eyes!

I was a waitress at a small family restaurant. My husband came in,sat down and asked for a mountain dew-no ice. I brought it to him and right before I got to the table a tripped and his drink went right in his lap! He laughed and he assured me that it was OK. We've been together ever since.

She was working at a gas station. I got gas left,then came back in that day. I told her there was a problem with my reciept ,the problem was that the phone number on it was not hers.We went out that night and have been together ever since.

i met my bf online...we met after a year and a half of talking on the computer. we got along great so far. we are now talking about future plans of being together, he staying here in my country for good and we'll just have a few visits to his country as well. i just hope, things will work out as planned.
