Thongs were known as G strings and Burlesque strippers were the first to use them. By the way, there is an old movie from the 40's with Barbara Stanwyck called the G string murders.

Id say it was a gynecologist.. seeing that if you were them you get butt germs that transfers to your crotch and then you have a whole new problem... so now you have to go to the doctor... they are really nasty to where no matter how they look...
