does anyone know if fireworks can be shot off in light rain if it slows down? or will they not explode right even if they can be shot off?

It rained here in Guam all day but cleared up at night. I think they can shoot off the fireworks in light rain if they have not been out side all day in the rain.

Yes it is raining here in Texas. But Yeah you should be able to have fireworks anyway. We did.
