i know its because its not come in contact with air but surely at some point in the making and packing process it must of come in contact with air or are the factorys that it is made in airless and if so who makes it..it wouldnt be a human

The inside of the tubing is non-reactive with the superglue, that is to say that the inside of the tubing has a surface that doesn't "hold onto" the superglue.

I wondered the same thing when I happened to super glue a kettle to a heat coil and my hand to the kettle...

Superglue does not stick to the tube because of the ingredients superglue is made of. The ingredients the glue is made of requires moisture for the glue to work. The tube the glue is made of keeps moisture out of the tube.

Whatever the tube is lined with does not react with the superglue. It might be something like Teflon.

contact with air doesn't make it sticky, it's contact with UV light. Glue is usually a carbon compound with bond angles that make it fairly unstable. When it is exposed to light, the UV components break these bonds and make free radicals which then create long polymers which make it a very sticky substance.

superglue is formulated not to bond with petroleum-based plastics (moisture, air has nothing to do with it)
