i'm not a dr. but i was on an ambulance for 23yrs.. i saw alot of emergency rooms etc.. i also suffered pain in the testicals. my dr. told me the problem was caused because the testical was to heavy for the cord that held it. this may be the problem. your picture seems to indicate you may lift weights. you may have pulled something.

I think you were probably kidnapped by aliens while you were sleeping. They took your body apart to study it and most likely reassembled you in a hurry. Yet, they made a slight miscalculation when they reattached your genitals. Look at the bright side, people won't notice unless you live a nudist lifestyle. :)

proper, i visit't write with my left hand in any respect! yet I do a great number of issues with my left hand, apparently i'm left hand eye co-ordinated. Or proper, whichever is the different of what proper handers should be! I open doorways, carry luggage and do maximum stuff with my left hand.

the reason the testes are outside the body is to cool them to produce sperm and hold it at about 90degrees so it doesnt die so one being lower would tend to make both coolers sometimes and therefore make more viable sperm
