ok, I'll tell you. If you want one of your own, you have to start a 360 page and load to there
If you want to use your avatar, just click on "My Q&A" in the green bar to take you to your info. click on "edit my info" then check the box under the one you want to use-your 360 pic, none, or your avatar

Mine is my avatar from yahoo mail. I set it up there. Good luck
Go to "My Q&A" and choose edit info and then it takes you to the place where you can change your view.
