i dont think it matters. If you want to prepare for pathology, I suggest something in the biological sciences.

But since your eventual ending point is medical school. It doesnt matter. med schools have about 50-50 admissionns rate for science majors to non-science majors.

After graduation from med school, you have to complete a 1 yr internship and a 1 yr residency. and then pass the board exam from the American Board of Pathology (assuming you're from the states)

Pathologists are medical doctors. You will need to go to medical school. The undergraduate major isn't totally important but most people major in one of the sciences.

There ARE forensic pathology programs in existence. But a bachelor's of science works for many professions.

I suggest you major in biology or biochemistry and that you minor in criminal justice.
