I like George Bush because he actually has morals which most Americans are lacking these days. Although I do not agree with him 100%, I do respect him as our president and feel that he is a good American citizen regardless of what many people think.

You enjoy your freedoms today due to men like George Bush. He has had his plate full on his two terms, and had to make some unpopular decisions. He is one president that has stood up and done something to protect what we have now and our future. If Clinton would have done what he was suppose to, Bush wouldn't have to traveled down this lonely road. I know Bush will not go down as the best president, but I thank the lord he stood up to terrorism like he has!!!!

There are alot of generalized responses above, that every president gets.
Because of what the Presidency is people find it an easy target . But that is our right and part of what makes America great.
I support him because he speaks from the heart rather than from polished speeches and I admire that, and people that do that.
He also has shown remarkable perserverance - I believe he is sincere in fighting terrorism, and in sorting out difficult situations at home and througout the world. There alot of armchair quarterbacks in the U.S. today, but place yourself in his shoes and support him in what you agree with and respectfully disagree with what you think could be better.
He also openly shows his faith and prays, and there is nothing more important for a leader.

powerful position on the planet and (2) those who will follow the
party line, regardless.

I don't like Bush at all. Almost every decision he has made has turned out to be bad for our country.

The only reason I can see why people like him is that he sticks by his decisions no matter what the outcome. People like people who are firm in their beliefs, and don't try to please everyone. Since Bush pleases no one besides himself, I don't know how that works, but it's all I got.

I neither hate nor like George Bush; Indefinitely he may be affecting my life is some butterfly effect kinda way. However I do not bother asking myself if I hate him or like him or asking someone if he/she hates him or likes him.
I just don't care. Not sure why I am answering this question.

Bush fans come from the far right people on the right like to be coddled to. As long as you say you are tough on "fill in the blank" with his father it was crime remember the Willy Horton issue now it is terrorism just be tough on something and mention God and you are the man in their eyes.

He's a Republican, and a Conservaweenie at that. I don't see the Ann-Coholics even checking him if he decides to let the N. Koreans fire the missile directly at the United States, as long as he has another excuse for it. They'll play yes man, no matter what the cost.
