Yes, Dufus, of course it is. Dont u notice the aol instant messenger thing at the top of the thingy. The only difference is that aim is free and aol isn't.

AIM stands for AOL instant messenger it is a free messenger based on the aol network but you do not need to subscribe to aol (paid internet) to be using AIM
